We love living in Evergreen and the foothills. John & Pandora have been involved in a variety of ways. John is a singer/songwriter and a music producer having put on over 50 concerts over the last 20 years benefitting local causes and puts together the “Originals” concert series benefitting Center for the Arts Evergreen. Pandora serves on several boards; Leadership Evergreen and Evergreen Chamber, and together with John helps produce  ‘Boogie at the Barn’.

A long-time Evergreen resident with over 30 years of family roots in the community, Ian brings deep local knowledge and authentic foothill connection to PandoraJohnProperties at Madison & Co. An alumnus of Evergreen High School, Ian’s dedication to the area extends far beyond real estate as he actively collaborates with Leadership Evergreen and civic improvement projects. Ian’s passion for the community shines through whether running sound for a local performance, enjoying a show at Red Rocks, or supporting local eateries and arts initiatives, he remains deeply tuned into the unique lifestyle that makes the Denver foothills so special.
